Madame Living Return & Refund Policy

At Madame Living, we are committed to your 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges under the terms of this policy.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Please note: All return requests must be initiated and the item(s) must be shipped back (as indicated by the carrier pickup date) within this 30-day period. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure your return is processed smoothly, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, in their original new condition.

  • All original tags and labels must be attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging. We highly recommend using an outer shipping box to protect the original product box.

  • Please include proof of purchase (order number or e-receipt).

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at [kazho.iu@gmail.com] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  2. Get Return Authorization (RMA): Our customer service team will review your request. Once approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and our return shipping address. Returns shipped without prior authorization may not be processed.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Pack the item(s) securely and please include a note inside the package with your order number and RMA number.

4. Return Shipping Costs (Important)

This is a key section of our policy, please read carefully:

  • We Cover Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item, the item was damaged upon delivery, or the item is defective), we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for the return shipping costs.

  • You Cover Shipping Costs: If the return is for any non-defective reason (e.g., you changed your mind, the item doesn't fit, the color wasn't what you expected, you ordered by mistake), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to send the item(s) back to us.

  • Shipping Reimbursement: We cannot provide any form of reimbursement or subsidy for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

5. Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days.

  2. Notification: We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete (whether approved or denied).

  3. Refund Amount: The refund will be for the product's purchase price onlyPlease note, the original shipping fee (paid to ship the order to you) and any return shipping costs you paid will not be refunded.

  4. Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Processing Time: After processing, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's (e.g., PayPal, credit card bank) policies.

6. Exchanges

We currently primarily process returns and refunds. If you need a different size or color, we recommend you:

  1. Initiate a return for the unwanted item (following the process above).

  2. Place a new order on our website for the item you need. This is often the fastest method.

7. Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health and safety for all customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective:

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear, socks).

  • Opened personal care items, beauty tools, and cosmetics.

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved items).

  • Clearance / Final Sale items (as marked on the product page).
